How long will shipping and processing times take?

Please allow 3-5 weeks for processing and shipping, as each pair is made to order. We appreciate your patience and support for small-batch production 🙏

Do you cover import costs?
We do not cover any import taxes or costs if they are incurred. Import duties are enforced by local governments and are in no way connected to, imposed or controlled by Swell.co or the freight providers.

Can I amend my shipping information once I have submitted my order?
If an order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot change anything about the order. If it has not been shipped however we can adjust shipping address etc.
